J. RECONVENE TO OPEN SESSION: The Board of Directors entered into Closed Session at 12:45 PM and reconvened to Open Session at 2:44 PM. Chair Leffel reported that no reportable action was taken during Closed Session.
K. PENDING REQUESTS FOR FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS: Chair Leffel noted that the Board retreat/strategic planning session was scheduled for December 9, 2020.
L. DISCUSSION OF FUTURE AGENDAS: Director Sabo asked to be updated on the Navy Flying Club's request and progress on their activities. Chair Leffel noted that the FY20 financial audit would come to the Board at the December meeting along with the revised Rules and Regulations and Minimum Standards.
