Badging

8/25/26 UPDATE: AirBadge, a new online Identity Management System for badge applications and renewals, is coming soon to Monterey Regional Airport, with rollout expected to arrive August 31st. The badging office will be unable to process any badge applications between 8/26 - 8/28. Learn more at airbadge.us; all questions can be directed to the badging email listed below. Thank you for patience through our transition.

The Monterey Regional Airport Badging Office is responsible for issuing identification badges to all employees and tenants with a need to access restricted areas of the airport. Customers include airline employees, tenants, contractors, vendors, and TSA agents.

Badging Process

All new and renewal badge applications must be completed via Air Badge, the airport's badging software. Air Badge is a closed system and only invited individuals are permitted to log in. If you are unable to find the welcome email, please contact your authorized signatory and ask them to resend.

Once given, please bookmark the Air Badge webpage for future use.
