The Monterey Regional Airport Badging Office is responsible for issuing identification badges to all employees and tenants with a need to access restricted areas of the airport. Customers include airline employees, tenants, contractors, vendors, and TSA agents.
The Badging & Permit Office is located on the second floor of the main terminal building.
Office hours are:
Monday through Thursday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM Fridays: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
A badging appointment is required and needs to be scheduled at least 24 hours prior to arriving at the Airport. All appointments can be scheduledby clicking the "Schedule an Appointment" link below.
Please bring in the required forms for processing your New or Renewal badge, AOA parking permit, fingerprinting request, Taxi permit or TCP permit.
There are times when the Badging Office is closed on weekdays, therefore, it is required that all customers call ahead to schedule an appointment.
